Cancellation Policy

At INNATE Homeopath, we value both your time and ours. In order to provide the best possible service and accommodate all of our clients, we have a clear cancellation policy in place. This allows us to accommodate everyone fairly and keep appointment slots available for those who need them. Please take a moment to review the policy and fees associated with cancellations or missed appointments. 48-Hour Notice Required We kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you cancel with more than 48 hours notice, you will receive a full refund of your deposit or if paid in full then a full refund of total cost of service booked. or you can reschedule your appointment without penalty. Less Than 48 Hours Notice We understand that life happens, and in cases of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, we will do our best to accommodate you. If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, a rescheduled appointment or a partial refund of your deposit may be processed at the discretion of INNATE Homeopath No-Show Policy Initial Consults: If you do not attend your Initial Consultation without prior notice, the full deposit/total cost will be forfeited. Follow Up Consults: If you do not attend your Follow Up Consultation without prior notice, your credit card will be charged for the full amount of the appointment. Our cancellation policy helps ensure that we can continue providing high-quality care while being fair to all clients, including those on our waiting list. We truly appreciate your understanding and support in keeping our business running smoothly.
